generally how is it? I couldn't do NG+ in 3 just because of how JARRING the quests are (from dialogue to the locations or how I needed to listen to everyone before continuing, rewards..etc) basically everything about them sucked.
and the drop rates/guns themselves, they're so underwhelming even with mods

pls tell me it's closer to 1 or 2 than 3
