you should only get crew XP from a match if your crew survive
making emergency landings or bailing out in a way that's actually survivable (ejecting at mach 1.5 half a second before impact is probably not survivable) should matter beyond +100 rp (convertible)
also fix the fucking parachute physics anton that's not how parachutes work
