Even something like Kanon had to be heavily censored for its western Switch release because Nintendo deemed the characters "underage" because of the character designs and so Key/Prototype was given the choice of either censoring all CGs or scenes depicting any form of intimacy (basically ruining the whole game as its a romance VN) or changing the very character designs. They chose the former. This is the same logic Steam uses for its bans. This is what you're arguing for when you defend Steam banning games like Nekopara. This is it where it leads, and it will not stop until it is stopped.
