Yes and no. Probably depends on the professional environment as well.

I worked with a woman who was at the top in her field. Professional, competent, no BS. 10/10 working experience.

However, lower entry jobs, it's a fucking nightmare working with women. Dramatics, ego, gossip, emotional outbursts, etc. I'm not saying guys are the greatest, because they aren't, but working with unprofessional women is horrible.

One angle that goes against fucking over Comorragh too hard and wide is that you are a Rogue Trader, and drawing the ire of the pettiest, most powerful and sadistic pirates in the galaxy earn yourself one day on the fringes assaulted by a drukhari fleet and your entire ship crew murderfucked or worse. Also, the drukhari culture is such that if a single coven or crew displays failure, they get eaten pretty fast by their own.
