Well I don't judge how stupid or not this kind of approach is. I just want to explain why they are being like that. It's like with cigarettes - before WWII, basically only men smoked. Tobacco industry pumped and pumped and pumped enough money into advertising smoking to women, to get more clients - more revenue. Nowadays - women also smoke. This is literally the same thing they want to do here, and that's why you will always get homos in big corpos.
