Retard, hololive_En was the translation account for hololivetv, it was translating posts about JP homos since 2019. HoloEN debuted and information about them was being posted there but the account was still translating tweets from holivetv.

EN homos never had their own account. What happened is that some time after their debut they made a Holopro English account for both the girls and guys, likely because hololive_En was still translating tweets. But someone probably realized it was redundant and since the latter account had more followers from over the years they went back and offficially made it the English branch account rather than a translation hub. And now StarsEN have their own account like JP does.
