This may be slightly subjective, but it comes down to a variety of small UI things.
>Spacing and layout of posts and text is wider and cleaner, less wasted space, can't adjust scale of that in other apps
>More options for skins for the site, better readability and customization in that front
>Dragging images up and down actually displays what they'll do and has an animation, including for exiting images, generally works smoother and looks better
>Drawer-style navigation and bottom bar more intuitive and easy to work with
>More experimental options and control of settings on backend, lot missing comparatively from the others
>File management seems better for downloads but that may be placebo/adjustable on the others
>Cloudflare/captcha interface seems more adaptable to issues that inevitably pop up even if they require user agents/resets to fix, some of the others just straight up still require browser posting
>Some of those factors combined with the attached archives and search function make it smoother to look for older posts in-app under same style, which is especially useful for /co/ storytimes and similar usecases
Tl;dr: Generally looks and feels better. In small ways, maybe, and if there was a currently developed, up-tp-date, fully functional app that was missing some of those, I'd swallow it and switch. But with the Chance dev making the shit bloated and generally being a bitch, and everything else having equal to or greater than jank, that's why I stick with it. Worked for years and, like I said, it's recency combined with roach nature is appreciable.
