Nah, i have a very "once your done your done" mentality with drawing (and other stuff in life), i split up a task into sub tasks and don't even think about how they relate to one another until i get the final product and once i've completed one of those tasks i don't touch it ever again, works well in all other aspects of life and makes long boring tasks bearable but ngl it's been pretty detremental to how i approach drawing so i'll try and change things up. Issue is when i think of drawing/painting as this long drawn out continous process that i will have to repeatedly itterate on, my brain will just view it as something i need to run away from and i end up procrastinating and going into "thinking about drawing but not actually doing so" mode. I'm 50% sure i have adhd or something because i know thats a weird mindset to have and i do a bunch of other weird stuff like checking if a door is locked 10 times in a row over the course of like 30 mins. Anyway thank you for reading my blog post I'd rather not have them under my submissions because i don't want to be identified and i want any comments to be about my art and not whatever shit i'm feeling that day.
