Psyker anons, how often do you hardcast brain burst? I take it, but mostly for the % chance trigger talent.

It feels rare that I'm in a position where I have a viable target, nothing threatening happening right next to me, and 2.5 seconds of free time to stand still and charge up the ability.

Should I be making more effort to use it more?

How do you deal with people that offer unsolicited help but do so in a condescending and patronizing manner and repeatedly refuse to take no as an answer? Getting more and more rude towards you each and every time?
