This is pre-1.5. I was originally getting filtered but some anon suggested using the bubble and it really helped. I haven't tried it myself but you might be able to get away with using Upward Force and beating the shit out of her. Steam Chain "might" spin her around but also might not, it kinda doesn't like to work all that much on the Inner Demon. Alternatively, you could upload your save and I'll give it a shot for you trying different things. I just don't have a save at that point right now nor will I head there since I have all the achievements.
