how do I make a faction mod? I've long had this Idea for a faction that's just a province of a major Alien empire that can be contacted mid game either by a minor questline or just by accident, as they'll presumably be always in the literal furthest corner of the map from the core worlds. it just weirds me out how despite the game being literally a decade old nobody has made a single alien faction.
