Would reparations go to mentally challenged Black people? Would they also go to current inmates? If reparations go to today's generation would it also have to go to their children, and then their children, and then their children, etc..? Why or why not? Does the reparations money come from all other races except Black taxpayers? If so, then who is Black? What percentage of Black must someone be to receive reparations? Would reparations go to people who are half Black? What about 1/4th Black? What about non-Blacks who identify as Black? What about families who have lived in the United States after slavery ended and had no connection to slavery at all? Would they have to pay? What about families who moved to the U.S. 100 years ago? Or 50 years ago? Or families who moved to the U.S. only ten years ago? Do they all have to pay?
