Narcissism, but more importantly those generations have ambition, drive, and success. They went out and worked hard and ended up with all of the power and money and leadership roles and families. That group also includes the Greatest generation who fought in WWII.

This group also includes the Lost generation. Not grounded at all. Better described as lazy, nihilistic, slackers. They wanted to rebel against the normal, stable, safe world of the generation older than them. These were the generations who were really responsible for pushing degeneracy, hedonism, sexual promiscuity and faggotry, race mixing, #metoo, wokeness, BLM and all of that nonsense on the rest of society as a form of rebellion and to try to assert some sort of control over society.
Then when it pissed everyone off, they try to shift the blame to the generations above and below them.
Don't look at the years the different generations were born, add 20-40 years to their birth years to see what was going on in society when they were at their maximum influence.
Lost: 1920-1940 - flappers, jazz, prohibition, organized crime, great depression, Weimar, etc
Greatest: 1945-1965 - Post WWII economic boom, stability, prosperity, trad, conservative, peak Pax Americana golden years
Silent: 1965-1985 - hippies, sexual revolution, drugs, civil rights, racial integration, non-White immigration, malaise, fags coming out of closet, AIDS
Boomers:1985-2000 - Reagan era traditional family values, more Pax Americana peace and prosperity, tech boom, Cold War ends
Gen X: 2000-2020* - 9/11, surveillance state, pointless forever wars, 2008 recession, social media and smartphones, wokeness, #metoo, BLM, trannies, drag queen story hour, mass importation of shitskins, covid.
Millennials: 2020-2040 - shift to far right, woke is dead, browns getting deported.
