Tritach crisis is the easiest shit ever, you even get an acessibility bonus for it, just raid their trade convoys for cash and bombard a few bases, you get it done in 2 months. Same with League, you just kill their refueling fleet when they do the blockade and they fuck off and you're then an established polity for +10% accessibility.

Build a command center if you're in that dangerous of a situation, its a global 50% threat scale reduction but you can even fucking ignore most pirates and most path shit by paying them off, either giving Kanta the lamp or some dolla, or even paying off the path for like 5 months sometimes. Shit's so easy.

Play the game and you'll learn things, shocking I know, follow whoever seems to know what they're doing and learn from them what is and isnt worth going after.
Stack general damage buffs like ATK at max HP or when wielding two armaments, learn which buffs you need for certain damage types
You're supposed to fight together, only super autistic friend teams that all coordinate in voice split up, and its not that much of a difference.
Play Wylder or Ironeye if you wanna be useful right off the bat, maybe Duchess once you get enemy timings down
