I work as a prison officer so I have to restrain and fight with people quite a lot. Most of the time I have the numbers advantage as it's like 3 staff to one prisoner, but I did have a 1v1 where some juicehead was throwing me around the landing. He was straight up stronger than me and I got tackled into a wall and nearly body slammed multiple times. I have him a black eye for the trouble but without backup arriving the guy would have destroyed me. Thankfully only a few cuts and bruises. I've also been bitten, punched etc.
