I mentioned my team in another unrelated post above but here's how it worked for me. Landy, troub, WM, alchemist, and gunner. Staying alive hinged on troub using Stamina to buff the entire party's max HP and most of my front row had some points into HP Up as well. Gunner actually can land some binds with a LUC accessory so sometimes I'd land that crucial bind and then use those free turns to burst a boss down. Items are strong in 2 so I could always use a nectall to revive everybody and then use WM's salve 2 to quickly heal everyone right after. Chase parties can definitely work they need some setup. Troub basically becomes a supplementary item bot healer that can drop soma's or whatever to help the WM out as well.
