Yeah that's pretty much the build, I've used that core in like 90% of my 1,000+ Willow games. Force is also very good on her instead of octameme
Willow needs a lot of practice, but she heavily rewards learning good timing, good aiming, and above all good judgement. Knowing who and when you can get away with solo killing makes all the difference on her. She's good at going aggro and doing risky dewarding like you say, but you still have to exercise some caution without your team because of how squishy she is. She can offer very good value from long range in teamfights too, don't forget - brambles, crown and terrorize are all strong tools for counter-initiation (and initiation to some extent) so she can punish HARD if the enemy team misjudges
Having said that, she's pretty bad against tanky heroes and especially against dispels. I'm not playing a lot atm, but if the meta features either of those things heavily, she'll suffer and be sad
