Ok, i'll give it a shot.
>Dunno about that but it's definitely demonically possessed
Could you explain what you mean by this exactly? A common pattern i noticed among people across the site (that it's curiously similar to the christian evangelist panic from back in the day) is that they somehow concluded that some media or content is "demonic". What does the word means for you?
>This lasted for like a month, and I'm just gonna say I feel like demons and malevolent spirits around me were feeding off my intense negative emotions and consumed my energy at the time and they feasted quite well thanks to this game if so.
Which demons? Which spirits? Is this coming from A DIRECT EXPERIENCE, or your interpretation of the experience is conflaged between all those abstractions?
>I remember during those times I also thought Nemlei definitely made a deal with some ancient lost, forgotten deity or spirit lol to make THE perfect game for people like us and now it's demonically charged and we might actually be connecting ourselves with an actual demon like Lord Unknown or ??? by being in this fandom and through this game.
Now this is the best part to extrapolate on because i have some similar insights. A personal head canon of mine is that Nemlei have some sort of spiritual experience herself, although it may be more of a personal inspirations of hers more than anything. Max Payne is similar in this regard: A noir story that fuses with occult imagery and abstract, psychological voyages that the characters undertake. But all of them can be interepretated in a more optimistic light, as every single Nemlei story is about characters letting go of the pasts to embrace a dream of sorts, against a perceived world that deems said ideals as "wrong", something that ultimately doesn't matter in the end, as dreams and reality are one and the same.
