yeah an APU is all I need.
even the Steam Deck does fine when I connect it to external displays and that thing has a ton of restrictions on it due to form factor. I would pay for a Valve mini-PC that was just the Steam Deck APU without the mobile restrictions.

I just know that they renamed all their APUs to AI.
honestly haven't paid much attention to the handheld market because I have a Deck and it's more than enough for me. it's very convoluted though. I don't think any of them offer anywhere near the value of the Deck.
