It just feels like it's the only medium that can get you hyped for classic hero shenanigans. A lot of modern takes on guys like batman or ironman or superman don't feel like they make heroics the central focus.
The art also tends to be better or at leasr more readable.
I actually like western panelling a lot more on average tho.
