You have to be adjudicated mentally ill or committed. Troons and Queers lobbied heavily enough that THE SCIENCE! declared them sane and valid. Even then, NICS rarely denies people on meds or even diagnosed with a mental illness (violation of HIPAA). They can only deny you if you already sperged out and did something crazy and got arrested for it.

Even then, NICS is still pretty shitty about denying purchases of crazy people. Many of the most famous mass shooters were all on SSRIs or other medication and stopped taking them shortly before going apeshit.

Easy. Just walk up to him and strike up a casual conversation. Admire his taste in weapons and ask which one is his favorite. When he goes to grab one use OC spray. Beat the dogshit out of him with an asp and steal all of his weapons at my leisure.

The guns and long blades would be useless while he's blind and I can break a wrist, or his skull with the baton. If he gets real uppity, end him with an icepick in his ear.

So, my loadout is icepick, retractable baton, and OC Spray. Maybe about $50-$60 total in cost compared to all the crap he wears.
