Not having a flaw can be a flaw in itself.
People are inherently flawed so it's harder for them to relate to flawless characters and that may lead to general poor reception of said characters.
Thankfully that does not concern Durandal, because she is also a flawed character and she personally confirms that as well. For example she didn't really think through the consequences of letting Helia back on Mars mission when she clearly was mentally unstable after Coralie's death. She is a great fighter, but a good leader should also take into account the emotional well-being of his troops.
