So you are telling me that the 2.5 patch, the banananana one, is very fun and engaging, with totally not reused animations, and not 5 hours of characters standing still without even a basic animation to break up the pace? And that the whole of 3.X patches are full of tightly packed dialogue, that doesn't waste a minute of your time with filler, and all of it is beautifully rendered with customs animations?

you are just a retarded tourist then, because the game from the start was just a throwaway experiment to train newbies, and mihoyo always rotates their teams, so as soon the new devs gained some experience they sent them to genshin, and put the genshin team in zzz, and then the hsr one.
mihoyo is a lot of things, but a company that likes to innovate and put in the effort they are not. they always, ALWAYS are going to cut as many corners as they physically can, and put out the sloppiest of the slops on every patch.
how can someone go through 1.0 of zzz and think "hmm yes, that was most excellent and they are probably going to keep making the game better!" is beyond me. pic related, its the mihoyo story experience.
