I'm not ruling it out entirely. No footage of the area to Charlie left and above from the right side. the window doesn't seem perpendicular to the video taker from the left side, rather closer to parallel. AS the initial proponent of the CK Left side theory (muzzle flash REFLECTION theory), there are a few other problem
>hair kicking up prior to hit
>trajectory of bullet matches the bullet image from left side, but not center view infront of water bottle
>decorticate pose
>exit wound would've been visible from center view unless bullet did crazy things while in the neck.
I am NOT ruling out that a back-up or The Center for Social Impact was involved in that area (spidey sense flairs with that area)
I am NOT ruling out that was a muzzle flash reflection. The person in white on the stairs bends forward slightly which is seen in the reflection below the muzzle flash at the same time.
