I honestly don't know. They had over 100 applicants, and about 93 rejections over the phone. It seems to me the criteria was

also I forgot to mention we had the opening available for 8 months. We just hired someone last week. I think the Gen. Manager had to step in and say just hire some for fucks sake. I really get the impression a lot of recruiters just get off on rejecting people, just cuz.
