I'm kinda thinking that the phonecall at the end of Ch4's a red herring, like Ch1 where Kris pulled out a knife to eat a pie.
Willing to bet the "Promise" is something completely innocent, both routes.

I want the entire game's main plot and story to actually end at Chapter 5. Prophecies, Roaring, all the shit ends there, with chapter 6 and 7 being schizo rabbit holes that none of the characters, villains or heroes, prepared for. Like our presence is one wildcard element of the story that throws everything off track like a pandora's box.
