I've played enough to experience most of what the game has to offer, and I can confidently say there's no such thing as a consistent "X nation bias." What does exist is a shifting meta — battle ratings and vehicle performance vary across all nations, and these trends change every few updates.
Take jet-age gameplay or mid-tier naval for example: for a long time, the U.S. absolutely dominated those brackets. They were only recently overtaken by the Eurofighter trio. That doesn’t mean there was “U.S. bias” before — it’s just how the meta evolved.
Another example: I personally think the 3.7 Sherman is the best BR-for-BR tank in the game. Italy has two of them (one premium, one tech tree) at Rank III, while the U.S. version sits at Rank II — meaning it can't be used for certain Battle Pass tasks or events. From some perspectives, that could easily look like "Italian bias."
Or consider when Japan’s F-2 was released — it was the only plane in realistic battles with access to the new radar gunsight mechanic. The first implementation was basically just the arcade reticle in RB, and it was completely broken. Was that "Japan bias"?
Stuff like this happens all the time. But it's not favoritism — it’s just how monetization and content rollouts work. The only real bias is toward players spending more money, and the more nations you play, the more likely you are to spend. Once you’ve tried everything, you start to see through the illusion.
