Its going to be a repeat of the 3DS. Initial hype and momentum and then it falls off due to the high price and lack of games. There isn't anything on the horizon with a firm release date and I wouldn't be surprised if Metroid, Kirby or both end up getting pushed into 2026. Not to mention there are plenty on store shelves and Nintendo is about to push out a Pokemon bundle too. Keep an eye on the Black Friday deals because they will probably be pretty good. Then a price drop sometime after Christmas if Pokemon doesn't turn it around.
