Nazi Germany collapsed in about 2 years of real warfare. It saw success only when attacking opponents they heavily outnumbered or when doing a sucker punch surprise attack. Once the world got its shit together in 1942, it started to retreat and was in full panic retreat mode withing one and a half years. Then all it did was send meat waves of German boys to try and delay the inevitable.
