also desu whenever i get into these depressive episodes all i can think about are the bad expereinces and i forget about the good ones. like now that i feel less depressed i think about the friends i have that i really appreciate, even if i dont talk to them that much.

hmmm... but that does not help mme do the things that take over an hour, those are always scary.. though i actually did something just earlier and my stress got reduced a lot. i think the lesson here is to quit avoiding the problem and just do it, whenever i procrastinate i get so stressed out and it makes it worse. all because i was just too scared to start at the start. ugh i hate my trauma, pretty sure its trauma related.
