Her trainer is speaking in a big dramatic monologue about how Creek is a Demon Queen. It's played 100% straight and you're meant to think it's super cool.
It's even funnier because when Tamamo beat Oguri, the story made a whole thing about how the strategy to "pace-chase slightly faster than usual" wasn't enough to stop Oguri or Tamamo... but when Creek does it, it's "THE DEMON QUEEN'S EVIL PLAN THAT HAS THE ENTIRE RACE DANCING IN THE PALM OF HER HAND! SHE'S SO EVIL!" I did like her taunting Oguri though, that was cute.
