For me, its years worth of insomnia coupled with the realization that while you're roughly around the same age your parents were in your formative years you don't feel 'grown up' like your childhood self thought you would, you're the same lost as fuck kid with no guidance but now the excuse of "it'll get better, just give it time" rings as hollow as the day to day life you try to tell yourself isn't just stagnation.
It feels much better being a father. Hope you guys are enjoying the escapes you find yourself in, life is only ever the moment are in, but I genuinely do hope some of you don't feel as stuck as the rest of us.
Been playing a lot of demeo/ skyrim. VR is the gimmick that numbs me when something else isn't.
