I've been enjoying it since early access

I heard from another anon that powers were supposed to be a thing you could have in Fallout 4 as part of some content associated with Salem that got cut from the final game. I wonder how differently that game would have been received as a result since a lot of people hated the Starborn stuff in Starfield.
