Nah, I like what an anon wrote the other day about how it's kind of fucked up to do a parent run, and nonchalantly throw your uma in something like the Japanese Derby because you decided training that day wasn't worth it. Then you win that race destroying the dreams of umas who always wanted to do that race/win the Triple Crown. It's morbidly funny.
