God loves the individual with all their specific quirks, talents, personality of way of being since He Himself made them that way for a reason and he respects autonomy and wants people to be able to do things in His name through means that they themselves would actually be good at and enjoy partaking in. Forcing Christians to go be Monks when it's not something they would actually be great at, or that in no way would help anyone further bring others to Him would be of no use. He let's those who fee the calling to be Monks go be Monks, then the others can be other things like Pastors, or really just normal day to day workers in offices or whatever else just like everyone else but partake in His goodness through part time hobbies instead. God knows you and what you are made for, so forcing you to go do and be something you aren't meant to do or be completely destroys the whole point of Him giving you free will.
