type of lies, bitch there are days where i chug close to 4 liters not counting meals and coffee and shit in - but that's conditions and exertion - hardly any peeing lol, drinking too much water will literally flush vitamins out of your body, and 2 liters of extra water on top of what u normally consume will be just too much, same with protein, i just halved it's price for u, u r welcome
