Where do you guys read JJK? When I started, I thought the official translation sounded really off at times, and then a friend confirmed that the translator was notorious for being a hack and completing changing the meanings of things. Are there any good fan translations that stick close to what Gege meant?

Wasn't Sothis' existence dependent on Byleth's? I mean, her crest was glued to their heart, and it was left there in all endings but Eldegard's, where the crest disappears and Byleth can finally be a normal human and not a high functioning autist. For Sothis to be back and say many years have passed and "you don't remember me anymore", it can only mean we're playing as Byleth again, or as someone who got Sothis' crest after removing it from Byleth. Unless the writers decided to shit on their own worldbuilding and logic
