Jellyfish noodles sounds way too cute, just can't imagine wtf a jellyfish would taste like. Not saying the Japs are crazy but they're pretty fucking crazy.
Ye I bet there's a special technique to beat off an octopus, I wouldn't know where to begin. They're really cool and fascinating, I'd probably refuse to eat them if they lived longer.
Having one as a pet would be interesting.
