Tails. Genuinely has one of the best character designs ever, has a very iconic silhouette thanks to his two tails, and his ability to fly is tied to his actual physical attribute and is easily observable just by looking at him (something that was lost with characters like Blaze and Silver that have more generic superpowers). He's also unbelievably cute with his fluffy ness, short stature and body type. Yellow and white is also not a very common combination but he makes it work very well. He also has a more pronounced muzzle. Every character that is based on him (Cream, Marine, Kit) look great too
I love his personality, his relationship with Sonic by wanting to prove himself, his kindness and overall polite nature, him using his tails to attack enemies, his intellect and rivalry with Eggman, his myriad of vehicles and machines, and the fact he's just a fundamental character that is present in almost every game
I like pretty much all his vehicles, I like that he has multiple houses, I like that he has an actual name that deviates from the common naming scheme in the series, and in general just looking at him makes me happy. I also like playing as him in the 2D games, his flight differentiates him from Sonic in a nice way. Never had the opportunity to play as him in 3D since I only played Unleashed and Generations
