Narita is a crown name. They are sort of a prefix or suffix that is consistently used according to the horses owners (kind of like a brand) but it doesn't mean they're related. The Narita horses were all owned by the same person hence why they're all called Narita but don't have any relationship in the game, that's how it's usually treated unless the horses shared the same mother (like Biwa Hayahide and Brian, who are actual sisters in the Uma universe). This may be a little confusing because the Mejiro exist as a family in-universe but that's probably the big exception, I assume they got the license for most if not all of them early on and since Ryan, McQueen and Palmer competed around the same time plus with Dober and Bright being Ryan's children and having to release Ramonu eventually I can see why they went that route
