It'd be best if they left it up to the player, make Ryu a ridiculously unfair boss. If you lose Ryu Guillotine throws Yakumo straight in a wall and he splats like a pancake, if you win Yakumo hits Ryu with his own izuna drop.

They keep up by switching to hero mode of course. Only the gaming elite will be able to handle the highest difficulty.
