Insurance probably won't be too bad.

I pay 80 a month for my C5 Z06, full coverage and insured for purchase price. Hell, I'd wager insurance in the US would be more expensive than here in Europe.

The C5 Z06 is one of the best bang for your buck sportscars even in Europe, I can only imagine what it's like in the states.
