before the capture event, as already mentioned, earth was a tidal locked satellite of saturn. like the moon is to the earth now.
saturn in this position appeared to be stationary in the northern sky and it was much closer to the earth than the sun is now.
actually it was filling a big chunk of the sky.
after the capture event saturn ended up in its current orbit. whole thing looked something like in the webm.

also the space themed vaccines gave it away, with names like "Nova vax, sputnik or astra (means star) zenica.

the previous flareups were something completely different and part of the capture event ca. 7000 - 10000 years ago. the earth was in a completely different position back then.
so from that past event you cant learn anything about the upcoming Micronova.

when stars form in a Z-Pinch, they do so in a linear formation (thats what Herbig Haro objects are). and the Saturnian Sun formed a couple thousand AU distance from the present sun and was drifting towards it.
before the saturnian system was captured, the present sun was just doing its thing and capturing jupiter and the other planets that are present in the system.

event, the Suns heliosphere is like 100 AU and as soon as the 2 plasmaspheres touched they "saw" each other electrically and a massive electric discharge happened and the Saturnian Sun flared up.
as the Saturnian system went from a low voltage region to a higher voltage region it kept flaring up, during one of these flareups the Venus was created.
its unclear where Jupiter was at the time, there is 2 leading theories, first is that Jupiter was also part of the Saturnian System but situated behind Saturn so humans couldnt see it and the other theory is that Jupiter was already part of the present suns system. I think the latter makes more sense because of the planetary tilts.
