Rewatched it. I like that Kirito jokes around occasionally and isn't a wet blanket. Definitely much better than Isekai. But it isn't very good, just better than the modern dogshit.
The first arc is obviously the most interesting premise, but Alicization is the best season. Definitely just a children's cartoon, but that isn't a bad thing.
