Even if you were playing with gyro, you'd most likely be playing on a shitty WiFi connection, which is awful in PvP. You should not get a Steam Deck if you don't own a PC.

Deckfag here. The only time I've sat down and properly tinkered was when I was fucking around with Bethesda mods. 99% of the time "tinkering'" is just adjusting graphic settings and maybe a selecting Proton version for early 2000s games. Emudeck itself was a fifteen minute setup, and half of that was just transferring games.
