she's overtuned, BUT not by much. I'd argue wiunter soldier is overtuned for sure. wolverine is op (broken with the teamup) hela is OP, hawkguy is OP because of the one shots.

Honestly though, psylocke was one of the best duelists at launch up there but overtime they powercrept so hard it fucked up the balance of the game beyond repair.
