I understand there's a lot of Digimon that can straight up harm the real world or there's Digimon actively plotting to go after the real world, but the point here is that there's at least ways to deal with that, Yggdrasil or other home servers have countermeasures to some of these subversive elements if not for pragmatic reasons but for their own survival, humanity can create ways to destroy the D-Reaper, the Demon Lords can be prevented, etc. Sure, there's always an inherent risk the Digimon come over to the real world and then Belphemon-tier stuff can happen, but that's not commonplace and when it does happen there's countermeasures for it.
In the Pokemon world like 80% of the Pokemon are Demon Lord-tier threats to humanity and they're just casually wandering around or even flying like Garchomp. Imagine if you had sharks that actively fly around preying on people. This isn't even getting into scenarios where birds like Talonflame, Mandibuzz, Staraptor, or Braviary could and should be grabbing people with their talons and eating them like they do fish.
