It's like a periodic thumping noise every 5-10-15 seconds randomly.
Even at idle.

Which thinkpad should I get if I would preferably have 2-3 of them at a reasonable price, and it needs to have the ability to playback up to 4k video.
I plan to download as much stuff as I can before the crackdowns and I would need some fully offline, reliable devices to play them back in the future to come.
