1. I exclusively emulate, and I use RetroArch only to do that on all of my devices of choice.
2. On RetroArch, I use and enjoy the XMB UI due to PS3 and PSP nostalgia.
3. I use exaggerated CRT shaders with glow and curve effects..
4. I'll give into save states and/or cheat codes sometimes when I'm filtered.
5. My main devices for playing retro video games nowadays are my tablet and smartphone.

I know it sucks, but there's still lots of people who are fun to talk with here. I know it's generic advice, but focus on the good and do your best to engage more with people willing to talk, while not feeding those that you can tell are just trying to piss you off...
