Going by how the brand is failing a lot in recent years I don't think people like Ninja Turtles much anymore. Not even Bay could make Ninja Turtles mainstream and he made normies love Transformers.

Ninja Turtles is an old franchise beloved strictly by wrinkled greying aging Loser Millennials. Everyone else seems to be dismissive of the brand. And going by how Seth Rothen is handling the next sequel TMNT movie this brand is not finished being bastardized into ruin. And for all you know after Seth Rogen is done, it will continue being shat on by a new hack maybe a shitty feminist or another Jew. If TMNT at any point was popular those days are loooong behind the franchise.

TMNT fizzled out even faster than Transformers managed to do.

For one thing remove his Big Jewish Nose as it looks off putting and stereotypical. People won't take a man with a huge schnoz as an action hero seriously. Another thing is do a better job of The Shadow hiding his face because how criminals can't see his face is nonsensical.

Another thing that needs improvement is the convoluted origin about how The Shadow convinces a rich man to allow The Shadow to pretend he is said rich man. That really sounds convoluted.

That aside improve The Shadow's arsenal of weapons because simply guns is not enough. And he needs better villains. Even Ninja Turtles has better villains than The Shadow. I would take inspiration from Ninja Turtles, Gargoyles, Metal Gear, and Disney Baddies to construct better varied villains for The Shadow because he fighting mobsters gets old even before you watch a trailer.

Also to Hell with the greedy estate for The Shadow. They already said they would do what Tarzan's estate currently does, trademark traps for when The Shadow starts entering the public domain in two years.

>it wouldn't surprise me if Paramount suffers a fate with its TMNT buyout.

Its been a disaster. As much as those idiots like to pretend that Seth Rogen Ninja Turtles is a success it is a failure and the sequel is bound to do even worse than the Ninja Turtles sequel that Bay did. And image related is literally unreadable trash.

Ninja Turtles has fallen so brutally as a brand that if you want tolerable writing in a Animal Martial Artist franchise you're better off watching Kung Fu Panda.
